Fearday, Fox, Weis On All-Apollo Conference Teams

Effingham High School's Carsyn Fearday and Miranda Fox, both seniors, were named to the All-Apollo Conference First Team in basketball while Abby Weis, a senior, was named to the Second Team.

Charleston claimed the Apollo Conference championship with a 12-0 record followed by Effingham 10-2, Mahomet-Seymour 5-7, Mattoon 5-7, Mount Zion 5-7, Lincoln 3-9 and Taylorville 2-10.

Named to the First Team along with Fearday and Fox were Shae Littleford, sophomore (Charleston), Mallory Ramage, freshman (Mattoon) and Natalie Snyder, senior (Taylorville).

Named to the Second Team with Weis were Leah Schneider, junior (Lincoln), Elizabeth Buescher, senior (Charleston), Cailyn Northrup, senior (Mahomet-Seymour) and Bernie Jackson, senior (Charleston).
