Bulldogs Bounce Back w/Goff Gym Over Charleston

After a tough loss at Teutopolis Friday night, the St. Anthony Bulldogs bounced back with a noon hour win Saturday over the Charleston Trojans 61-35. The game was played at Goff Gym due to a junior high volleyball tournament at the Enlow Center.

St. Anthony came out of the gate firing and held a 17-6 lead after the first quarter. The Bulldogs were 34-20 at halftime, and led 43-28 after three periods. An 18-7 fourth quarter gave the Bulldogs the 26-point win.

Jaccob Dust had a big day for the Bulldogs, scoring 26 points. Also for St. Anthony: Bryson Wall 9, Jack Hoene 6, Kaden Fearday 5, Luke Ludwig and Logan Antrim 4 each, Alex Brandenburger 3, and Quentin Milleville and Jack Elder 2 each.

Charleston did not have a double-figure scorer.

St. Anthony is now 17-8 on the season.
