EHS, Altamont, T-town Have Spots in Polls

Several area teams are still holding strong in the boys and girls Illinois High School Basketball Top 10 polls.
Effingham remained in sixth place in the Class 3A girls poll with a 14-1 record and 48 points. Charleston was in the others receiving votes category.
Teutopolis dropped from third to fourth place in the Class 2A girls poll with an 11-0 record and 80 points.
Altamont has moved into the Class 1A state poll in the others receiving votes category.
In the boys polls, Teutopolis stands sixth, dropping down from fifth, in the Class 2A poll. The Wodoen Shoes are 9-1 and have 50 points.
Effingham St. Anthony is in the others receiving votes category in Class 2A.
