Area Players To Compete in Country Three-Point Shoot at State

Several area players will be competing in the Country Three-Point Shooting competition at the Class 1A and Class 2A state tournaments today.

T-town's Danielle Repking, a senior, will take part in Group 1 at in the Class 2A State Tournament. Also from Casey-Westfield are Jae Lynn Riggeleman, a freshman, and Myriah Warner, a sophomore. Competing in Group 4 is Flora's Crimson Jones, a senior.

In the Class 1A competition, Altamont's Keidron Duckwitz, a junior, will be competing in Group 1 while Oblong's Taylor Smith, a senior, will be competing in  Group 2.

Preliminaries will begin at 5 p.m. today. Finalists will shoot between the state semifinal games Friday.
