Duke Handles Connecticut, College Scores

(East Rutherford, NJ) -- The Blue Devils remain perfect after a 66-56 win over the defending National Champion Huskies of Connecticut. Tyus Jones dropped 21 points in the win while Jahlil Okafor recorded a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Amile Jefferson went for 11 points and 13 boards as Duke sits at 10-0 heading into Monday's contest against Toledo.

Virginia Beats Cleveland State

(Charlottesville, VA) -- Justin Anderson and Malcolm Brogdon each posted 16 points as Virginia took care of Cleveland State, 70-54, at the John Paul Jones Arena. The Cavaliers stayed undefeated improving to 10-0. UVA hosts Harvard on Sunday.    

Illinois Faces Missouri

(St. Louis, MO) -- Illinois and Missouri meet on a neutral floor Saturday from St. Louis. Tipoff at the Scottrade Center is slated for 1 p.m. on ESPN2. The Fighting Illini are 8-3 while the Tigers come in at 5-5.

In other local college basketball action, Northern Illinois faces Dartmouth in New Hampshire tonight. On Saturday, Northwestern hosts Western Michigan and Notre Dame plays Purdue in Indianapolis.
