Thunder Hold Off Cavaliers
(Cleveland, OH) -- The Thunder withstood a late fourth quarter rally from the Cavaliers to pull out a 102-95 win at Quicken Loans Arena behind 35 points, 11 rebounds and six assists from Kevin Durant. Russell Westbrook missed the game to rest his surgically repaired right knee. Serge Ibaka posted a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds for Oklahoma City, which reached the 50-win mark. Dion Waiters went off for 30 points with four assists in the loss. Spencer Hawes chipped in 20 points for the Cavs, who have lost three in-a-row.
Rockets Stomp Timberwolves
(Houston, TX) -- James Harden scored 28 points with eight assists to help the Rockets cruise past the Timberwolves, 129-106, at the Toyota Center. Houston outscored Minnesota by 16 in the second quarter to pull away. Omer Asik filled in for Dwight Howard for a second straight game and posted 12 points, five rebounds, three dimes and four blocks. The Rockets have won two in-a-row following a three-game losing streak. Kevin Love paced Minnesota with 29 points, six boards and five assists. Rookie Gorgui Dieng exploded for 22 points and 21 rebounds for the T'wolves, who had won their previous two.
Blazers Rock Wizards
(Portland, OR) -- Damian Lillard filled up the stat sheet with 23 points, 10 assists and six rebounds to help the Trail Blazers take care of the Wizards, 116-103, at the Moda Center. Wesley Matthews connected on four from behind the arc on his way to 28 points. Portland has won three of four. John Wall piled up 24 points and 14 assists in the loss. Wall drained 5-of-10 of his three point attempts. Drew Gooden added 18 points and nine rebounds of the bench for Washington, which has lost two in-a-row.
Warriors Edge Bucks
(Oakland, CA) -- Golden State survived a late scare from Milwaukee but pulled away with a 115-110 victory in Oakland. Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson paved the way for Golden State. Curry finished with 31 points and added 11 assists while Thompson finished with 29 points. David Lee recorded 22 points and 12 rebounds. Golden State has won three straight. The Bucks were led by Brandon Knight, who finished with 27 points while Ramon Sessions scored 18 off the bench. Ersan Ilyasova and Khris Middleton each had 11 points for Milwaukee, which has lost six straight.
Bulls Battle Pacers
(Indianapolis, IN) -- The Chicago Bulls are on the road tonight playing the Pacers at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The Bulls are 38-30 after a win over the 76ers on Wednesday. The Pacers fell 92-86 to the Knicks in New York on Wednesday to slip to 50-18. This is the third of four games between the teams this regular season. The teams have split the first two with the home team winning.
