The St. Louis Cardinals won their seventh straight game Sunday, defeating the Arizona Diamondbacks 6-4.

Jose Quintana went 2-2/3 innings for the Cardinals, allowing two runs. 

Nolan Arenado drove in three runs to lead the Redbirds, who begin a five-game set with the Cubs at Wrigley Field tonight.

The Cubs saw a five-game winning streak snapped Sunday when Milwaukee came back late to win 5-2.
