The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office said Tuesday that it won’t bring charges against L.A. Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer related to sexual assault allegations made against him by a 27-year-old woman last year, saying they are “unable to prove the relevant charges beyond a reasonable doubt.”

MLB  could still impose a suspension after their probe is done. After the announcement, Bauer posted a YouTube video in which he denied the woman’s allegations, which included that he choked her unconscious during two sexual encounters, punched her in the face and genitals, and had anal sex with her while she was unconscious. He said they had consensual rough sex.
