Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Monday that he doesn’t expect pitcher Trevor Bauer to immediately return when his seven-day administrative leave ends Friday.

Major League Baseball put Bauer on leave after a woman accused him of sexual assault. His agents denied the allegations.

MLB can request an extension of another seven days without consent from the players association, which would keep him out through the All-Star break.
