WSS Captures Win Over BSE, 9-4

WINDSOR -- Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg captured a 9-4 National Trail Conference high school baseball victory over Brownstown/St. Elmo Wednesday.

BSE jumped out to a quick 4-0 first inning lead. But the Hatchets came back with three runs in the fourth then moved ahead with six runs in the fifth.

Windsor/Stew-Stras had eight hits in the contest while BSE had nine. BSE committed five errors.

Leading Brownstown/St. Elmo were Jace McWhorter with three singles and Dalton Myers with a double.
