Newton Post 20 to Face Salem Post 128

Newton Post 20 will be taking on Salem Post 128 for the championship of the Senior Legion Fifth Division Baseball Tournament tonight.

In Tuesday evening action, Edwardsville Post 199 defeated Aviston Post 1239, 6-0. Edwardsville then advanced to face Salem Post 128 and fell 5-2.

The game tonight is scheduled for 5:30 with a second game, if necessary at 8. The winner advances to the State Tournament, hosted by Alton, Saturday, July 28.
