Junior High Scores--August 28

Effingham Junior High School played host to Lockport Homer and fell 11-1 in baseball competition Friday.

Lockport Homer took a 1-0 first inning lead and Effingham tied in the third. Lockport then scored two in the fourth, three in the fifth and five in the sixth.

Effingham had eight hits in the contest led by Parker Wolfe with two singles and an RBI and Tate Niebrugge with two singles.
