A total of 98 student-athletes across 13 sports were honored by the Ohio Valley Conference for their academic performances with the release of the Commissioner’s Honor Roll list.

Members of the Honor Roll earned a grade point average of 3.25 or higher during the course of the 2014-15 school year.

Below is a complete list of the Commissioner’s Honor Roll recipients by sport.

Chase Green of Effingham was named in baseball.

Eastern Illinois had the most selections to the Commissioner’s Honor Roll (142) while the sport of women’s soccer was the sport with the most honorees league-wide (168).

“We are immensely proud of these students because they have not only achieved on the playing field but also in the classroom,” said OVC Commissioner Beth DeBauche. “These students have demonstrated a sense of balance already in their lives which is important to life-long success. From the League perspective we are proud because we have had continual growth in the number of honorees which demonstrates the Conference's sustaining commitment to the broader student-athlete experience.”
