The Teutopolis Wooden Shoes are back in the Final Four of the State 2A Baseball Tournament.

The Shoes will battle Williamsville at 5pm today at Dozer Park in Peoria. Hear the game on KJ Country 102.3 and www.kjcountry.com.

Should the Shoes win, they'd play for the state 2A championship Saturday at 5:30pm. Should they lose today, they will play for third place at 3pm. Either way, we'll also have the Saturday game on KJ Country.

Teutopolis has battled their way to a 31-5-1 record this spring, winning the Lawrenceville Regional and the Vandalia Sectional before capturing the Sauget 2A Super-Sectional Tuesday night with a run in the bottom of the seventh, 6-5.

Williamsville won the Warrensburg-Latham Regional and then captured the Beardstown Sectional on Monday, before winning the Springfield Super-Sectional Tuesday, 3-2, over St. Joseph-Ogden.

In the other 2A semifinal game today, Peru St. Bede will take on Rockford Christian at 3pm.
