Marianne Irma Evelin Moffett-Bartels, 74, of Louisville, Illinois passed away Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 6:55 p.m. at Flora Healthcare Rehabilitation, Flora.
Memorial services will be held Friday, June 15 at 10 a.m. at Red Brush Christian Church with Bro. Dusty Elmore officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30-10 a.m. at Red Brush Christian Church, rural Louisville Friday, June 15. Cremation rites were accorded with burial in Red Brush Cemetery, rural Louisville. Memorials may be made to Red Brush Christian Church Youth Fund to be used for Oil Belt Church Camp tuition.
Marianne was born January 23, 1938, the daughter of Paul and Irma (Kollek) Gabrich. She married Harold Lloyd Moffett May 24, 1958 in Berlin, Germany. He preceded her in death December 10, 1990. She married Larry Dale Bartels December 24, 2011 in Louisville. She was a cook for the Finley-Sharon High School in Finley, North Dakota. She was a member of Red Brush Christian Church and attended the Senior Saints ministry of church. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Louisville.
Survivors include husband Larry Dale Bartels of Flora; son, James Lloyd (wife Kristi) Moffett of Carlin, Nev.; daughters, Shari (husband John) Snobeck of Mekinock, N.D., Camela (husband John) Haugen of East Grand Forks, Minn. and Renee (husband Gene) Keller of Louisville; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Harold Moffett and grandson, Josh Keller.
