Stacy Ann Meeks age 63 of Dundas, Illinois passed away Monday, April 4,2022 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, Illinois.
Cremation rites will be accorded. Memorial services are being planned for a later date.
Stacy was born on May 15, 1958 in Olney, Illinois the son of Russell and Dorothea Fern (Wilson) Meeks. Stacy shared twenty-six years with his wife Brenda Darlene (Toland) Meeks. Stacy spent many years working in the saw mill and later at GSI in Newton. In his free time, he loved spending time outdoors. He loved to bow hunt and fish. He enjoyed teaching his great grandson to fish.
Stacy will be loved and remembered by his wife Brenda Meeks, daughter Jamie Meeks; step children Darren Judge Jones, Jr and Christy Hill; four grandchildren Ashley Savage, Amber Andrews, Erica Bensken, Zander Jones; five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
His parents, a grandson, brothers David Meeks and Terry Meeks and sister Judy Cornwell preceded him in death.
