Robert “Dean” Cutler, 57, of Lakewood, Illinois passed away at 7:35 a.m., Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, Illinois.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 15 at Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, with Rev. Mark Sanders officiating. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, November 14, in the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Lakewood. Dean was born February 3, 1964 in Pana.  He is the son of Jackie Lee Cutler and Annie Stephens Worker (Larry). Dean graduated from Pana High School in the Class of 1982. He married Pamela “Pam” Jane Leigh April 17, 1989.  Dean worked for many years at International Paper in Shelbyville and most recently was a consultant in South America.  He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed mushroom hunting, fishing, hunting, and caring for his dog, “Baxter”. Dean also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was an inventor and entrepreneur and never met a stranger. 

Dean is survived by his wife, Pam; father, Jackie Cutler of Shelbyville; mother, Annie Worker (Larry) of Pana; daughter, Erica Cutler (Bryor) of Tower Hill; sons, Christopher Webb (Tiffany) of Shelbyville and Adrian Webb (Hannah) of Collinsville; brothers, Duane Cutler of Pana, and Curtis Worker of Pana; five grandchildren, Mackenzi Webb, Chancellor Lucas, Bryar Webb, Parker Webb, and Harper Beck; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lester and Wilna Moore; maternal grandparents, Shady and Betty Stephens; and uncles, Butch Stephens (Donna), and Charles Moore.
