Dariane Elizabeth Weis, 27, of Effingham, IL, passed away on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at her residence.
A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 23, 2021 at Johnson Funeral Home in Effingham.

Dariane was born on December 30, 1993 in Effingham, IL, the daughter of James Bowlin Jr. and Jaime Plopper. She married John Weis on March 25, 2019 in Effingham.
Dariane had a wonderful personality and had a smile to match. She loved telling jokes, laughing, and enjoying art in many forms. She was always very caring and adored her husband. She also loved caring for her hedgehog Oliver.
Dariane is survived by her husband, John Weis; mother, Jaime (Joe) Joliff; grandparents, Kyle and Lida Taylor; siblings, Raegan Miller, Nick Bowlin, and Lucas Bowlin; parents-in-law, George and Vicki Weis; great-grandparents, James Sr. and Marcia Bowlin; and many aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her father, James W. Bowlin Jr.; and sister, Taylor Charles.
