Visitation will be held Friday, June 11 from 2- 8 p.m. at Hickey Memorial Chapel 4201 W. 147th St;, Midlothian, IL 60445. The funeral service will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. at Faith United Presbyterian Church, 6200 167th St, Tinley Park, IL 60477. Interment is at Aten Cemetery Hidalgo.

James was a United States Army WWII Veteran. He was the beloved husband of Martha Miller.
He was the loving father of Lana Barham, Vicki (Eddie) Finn, Rick Miller, and the late Cheryl Hendrickson and proud grandfather of Bryan (Allison) Barham, the late Eddie Finn Jr., Clint Finn, Craig Barham, Todd (Tracy) Barham, Shannon (Tim) McCullough, the late Mitch Finn, Brandon (Heather) Miller, Shelley (Brandon) Williams, and Amber (Mark) Romanowski and the great-grandfather of 21.
He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings.
