Dustin R. Hall, 40, of Effingham, IL, passed away on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at his home.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Bible Grove Cemetery in Bible Grove, IL. Arrangements are in the care of Johnson Funeral Home in Effingham.

Dustin was born on June 21, 1980, in Effingham, IL, the son of Ray Hall and Chris Niebrugge.
Dustin loved spending time with his daughter. He enjoyed life, being outdoors, fishing, riding his motorcycle, and being with his dog, Gage.
Dustin is survived by his daughter, Aaliyah Hall; step-sister, Alexis (Ryan) Niebrugge Buenerkemper; parents, Ray (Vickie) Hall and Chris (Greg) Niebrugge; and maternal grandfather, Robert Stanley.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Neil and Dorothy Hall; and maternal grandmother, Deane Stanley.
