Connie Sue Collins, 68, of Windsor, Illinois passed away at 8:20 a.m. on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at home surrounded by her loved ones.

Connie was born on September 29, 1952, in Marion, Kentucky, the daughter of Edward and Margaret (Clark) Butler. Connie was an LPN and a member of the Highway Church of Christ in Sullivan. She enjoyed sewing, crafting, dancing, telling stories and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her children: Charity M. Miller of Windsor, Illinois, Shane M. Collins of Arkansas and Christine N. Collins of Richton Park, Illinois; three grandchildren: Raymond Miller, Harley Miller and Cheyenne Miller, all of Windsor, Illinois.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Edward Jewel.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home, 207 North Oak, Windsor, Illinois. A private committal service and burial, for family and friends, will take place in Lola Pentecostal Cemetery, 1100 Lola Road, Salem, Kentucky.
