Sue Riley, 75, of St. Elmo, died at 6:55 a.m. Friday, August 14, 2020, at her home.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 17, 2020 at the First Assembly of God, St. Elmo with Rev. Robert Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Springhill Cemetery, rural Beecher City. Visitation will be for one hour prior to service time at the church. Memorials may be made to the family. COVID 19 protocol including face covering and social distancing will be required. Gieseking Funeral Home, Altamont is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.

Sandra Sue Riley was born on Sunday, November 12, 1944 to William Woodrow and Minnie (Nailor) Myers. She was a member of the First Assembly of God, St. Elmo. Sue greatly enjoyed her grandchildren and was a woman of faith. Prior to her retirement she was a hair stylist and waitress.

She is survived by her son, Bryan (Crystal) Riley, Beecher City; daughter, Susan (Kyle) Wright, Beecher City; brother, Alfred Haslett, Salem; sister, Lina Scoles, St. Elmo; 6 grandchildren, Megan, Tanner, Masan, Eli, Kelsey, and Gracie; 2 great grandchildren, Paytin and Xander.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Herbie Haslett, Marion Haslett and Bill Myers; sisters, Ida Rhodes and Darlene Queen and granddaughter, Kelsey Marie.
