Bradley W. Forcum, 67, of Mode, IL, passed away at 7:50 p.m. Friday, December 13, 2019 in Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.
Private family graveside services will be held at a later date in Howe Cemetery, near Shelbyville, IL. Arrangements are by Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL. Memorials may be given to the Shelby County Honor Guard.
Brad was born on April 10, 1952 in Shelby Memorial Hospital, the son of John Ervin and Emma Margaret (Smith) Forcum. He graduated from Cowden High School in the Class of 1970. Brad worked for T & L Locker in Stewardson, IL for over 30 years.
He is survived by his son, Jason Forcum of Mode, IL; brothers, Ted (Karen) Forcum, Danny (Jackie) Forcum and Roger (JoEllyn) Forcum all of Mode, IL; sister, Susie (Bob) Weston of North Port, FL; his little buddy, “Mousey”; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Margaret Forcum; sisters, Lula Lester and Amy Jo Donnel; and brother, Scott Forcum.
