Ronald Keith Lotz, age 73, of Farina, Illinois passed away at 8:15 p.m. on Sunday, April 1, 2018 at his home.
There will be a private graveside service at St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery in St. Peter, Illinois. There will be a memorial celebration of life for Ron at the Loading Dock in Farina. Guests are welcome to join the family any time after 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Ron was born on September 1, 1944 in Vandalia, Illinois, the son of Benjamin and Lena (Scheer) Lotz. He spent most of his career as a truck driver and enjoyed cutting hair on the weekends.
He is survived by his 3 sons, Michael Keith Lotz (wife Tiffany) of Ottawa, Illinois, Jon Matthew Lotz (wife Courtney) of Farina, Illinois, Corey Lotz (wife Katie) of Effingham, Illinois; 6 grandchildren, Katelyn Lotz, Andrew Lotz, Meagan Lotz, Landon Lotz, Ana Lotz and Henry Lotz.
He was preceded in death by his; father, Benjamin Lotz; mother and step-father, Lena and Roy Koenemann; son, Mark Jon Lotz; daughter, Susan Lotz; sister, Dorothy Garrett; brother, Lee Lotz.
