Scott A. Rohlfing, 56, of Effingham died at 11:48am Thursday, April 14, 2016 at HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.
A memorial service will be held at 2pm Tuesday, April 19 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with entombment in Arborcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 12 noon until service time Tuesday. Memorials may be made to United Cerebral Palsy of Southern Illinois.
