Forget-Me-Not Café Sponsored by Willowbrook Memory Care Homes and Tuscan Hills Winery, for individuals with early to middle stages of dementia and their spouse or other family caregiver. A purely social, non- judgmental gathering in a setting that offers enrichment to the life of those living with the challenges of dementia.

The Forget-Me-Not Café event will take place Tuesday, September 29 from 1 - 3 p. m. at Tuscan Hills Winery, Effingham.

Transportation is available via: Effingham County Public Transportation Anyone age 60 and over can ride for a donation. We are Handicap accessible, with ramps in our vans and lifts in our buses. Please call at least 24 hours in advance. Call dispatch at 217-342-0859 or 822-755-2478.
