Blessings in a Backpack and the Summer Food Program will have a tote outside 979XFM and KJ Country studios, 206 South Willow St in Effingham for you to drop off your canned pasta donation (Ravioli, lasagna, spaghetti, etc.) The tote will be available until Wednesday, May 20 at 5pm.

Additional Challenge: Corey is a big-hearted student at Central Grade School who wants to help other children. He's worked hard in school this year, and each time he met a goal, received a can of his favorite pasta. Corey earned 240 cans this year! An anonymous donor is matching his donation to Blessings in a Backpack. Corey would love to put a can of ravioli/spaghetti-o's/etc. in each of the bags we pack for the summer food program. To meet this cool goal, we'd need 525 cans - can you help Corey meet or beat his goal?
