Crossroads Bank will be closed in honor of Mel Hebert, the bank president for 27 years, Wednesday, February 27 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Hebert's funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Effingham. Wednesday.
