Legion Halloween Party

There will be a Halloween Costume Party Saturday, October 27 at the American Legion Post 120, 200 W. Washington in Effingham. The band “Almost Country” will play from 8-11 p.m. Best costume prizes will be awarded to first, second and third places and they will be judged by the audience. The public is welcome.
