Semi Cab Damaged by Fire on North Side of Effingham

A semi cab caught on fire early Thursday afternoon on the north side of Effingham.

Those on scene were able to detach the trailer from the cab on fire.

No one was injured.

Emergency crews were able to route traffic to the left lanes away from the smoking rig.
