(MICHELLE KOLLMANN)

Effingham County Clerk Michelle Kollmann is offering county voters the option to access their voter information on the county website.

Kollman said the voter information module is a resource that will allow the voter to check their voter status, polling place location and to update their voter registration information. In addition, the portal gives the voter access to their specimen ballot for the current election and the ability to request and track a vote by mail application and ballot. Also, any interested voter may make application to be an election judge through the portal.

The new voter information is available on the Effingham County website at www.effinghamcountyil.gov/county-clerk/elections/. Click on Voter Lookup where the voter must provide their first and last name, and either drivers' license number or last four digits of Social Security number to gain access to their record.

There are also recent election results, polling location maps, and vote by mail information. Voters can learn about the March 19, 2024 General Primary timeline plus can access the Illinois State Board of Elections from this page.

You can phone the Effingham County Clerk at 217-342-6535 for any election information.
