HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham has announced their top boy and girl names for 2023.

The top boy name was Oliver, while the top girl name was Harper.

There were more than 4,400 babies delivered at the five HSHS hospitals in Illinois during 2023.
