State Police Investigating Olney Homicide

Illinois State Police are leading the investigation into the death of an Olney woman.

The victim has been identified as 33-year-old Nicole Pedigo. The incident occurred in the 2400 block of East Main Street in Olney on Sunday. No information was released as to the manner of Pedigo's death.

Authorities say they don't believe there are any safety concerns to the community regarding the incident.
