The names are now available of the two people killed in a crash Sunday evening on I-57 south of Neoga.

Illinois State Police report the crash occurred at 5:27pm, on I-57 northbound, four miles south of Neoga. A semi was traveling northbound and struck the rear of a passenger vehicle. The two passengers in the rear of the passenger vehicle were fatally injured. One of those, 20-year-old Bryan Calderon, a native of Honduras, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The other person fatally injured was 18-year-old Cheong Suazo-Geovany Neyzer, also from Honduras and working in the St. Louis area on a work visa, who was taken to Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Coles County, where he died from his injuries.
