Effingham Noon Rotary President Beth Debolt made the meeting the week of Veterans Day a special occasion for those who have served or are serving in the military.

Beth contacted a friend currently serving in the military who made a video presentation focusing on her service.

The day also featured a poetic reading by Rotarian Bev Soltwedel entitled, "They", focusing on those who are impacted by the service of others.

Rotarians also heard from Gabe Walker, who is a veteran of recent vintage who spoke of his service in the Middle East.
