Crisis Nursery Featured at Noon Rotary

Effingham Noon Rotarians got to learn about Crisis Nursery of Effingham County recently.

The organization provides emergency care for youmg children in a variety of situations. Crisis Nursery is located on North Merchant Street in Effingham.

The Noon Rotary Student of the Week was Raegan Boone, daughter of Jeremy and Erica Boone and a senior at Effingham High School. Raegan is a member of the school softball and volleyball teams, Best Buddies, National Honor Society, and Student Council. She is also part of a travel softball organization called Illinois Force. She's interested in traveling to other countries to study history, but especially ancient history. She plans to attend Western Illinois University to study Secondary Education History and play D-1 softball, then become a high school history teacher and coach the softball team.
