Lake Land College trustees heard at this month's meeting that enrollment is down from Fall 2022.

Headcount enrollment is at 3,699, down 1.15% from Fall 2022.

Full Time Equivalency, or FTE is at 2,380.6, down 3.86% when compared to Fall 2022.

While overall enrollment is lower, there are some bright spots.

Lake Land is up 7.29% in continuing students, and up 5% in dual credit/dual enrolled students.

The college also has 32 International students enrolled, a one-third jump in the number of International students.

When the number of Associate in Applied Science degree students and the number of students seeking Certificates are combined, the number of students is up 2% from Fall 2022. Lake Land spokesperson Kelly Allee said, "These programs prepare students to enter the workforce in high-demand careers immediately following graduation."
