Busy Days for Fayette County Coroner's Office

The Fayette County Coroner’s Office has had a busy few days.

On Saturday morning, August 25 the office investigated the death of 55-year-old Janice Russell in her home in St. Elmo.

Early Monday evening, 66-year-old David Arndt was pronounced deceased at his home in Vandalia.

Then at approximately 12:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, August 29, Fayette County Coroner David Harris says he was dispatched by the Vandalia Police Department in regard to the death of a 56-year-old female. Harris pronounced Lisa E. Tedrick deceased in her home in Vandalia.

The deaths of Russell and Arndt have been ruled as due to natural causes. The investigation is continuing into the death of Tedrick and no further information is being released at this time.
