City is Working on Pembroke, Oakwood

The City of Effingham is milling the road on N Pembroke St. and N Oakwood St. between E Temple Ave and E North Ave today.

Effingham Asphalt will start laying the first application on Wednesday. Please do not park anything on the road Wednesday or Thursday, weather pending. The City asks you to please use caution and try to avoid the area.
