A Mattoon woman has been sentenced to six years in prison on drug charges from both Effingham and Coles counties.

35-year-old Stephanie R. Noble was convicted earlier this month of methamphetamine delivery in Coles County. Noble was arrested on the charge in December of 2022. That led to the revocation of Noble's probation in Effingham County on a possession of methamphetamine charge from 2022.

Noble will serve a six-year prison term on both charges, then will serve two years' mandatory supervised release once out of prison.
