Work to Start Monday at Evergreen and Willenborg

The City of Effingham will be closing the intersection of Evergreen Avenue and Willenborg Street. The intersection will be closed starting at 6:30 a.m. on Monday July 24, 2023, and work is expected to take up to three months. The affected area will include Evergreen Avenue, east of Copper Ridge Court, and Willenborg Street, north and south of Evergreen Avenue.
