Clay County Board Fills Vacancy

Clay County board members have filled a vacancy on their body.

Following Bridget Schnautz's resignation from the Board from District A, the Clay County Republican Central Committee submitted five individuals to replace Schnautz. Terry Woodrow was selected by the Board to succeed Schnautz.

The Clay board also allocated $6,500 in ARPA funds to pay for a satellite office for the Clay County Animal Control Shelter. The satellite office had previously been used at Clay County Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic.
