Teutopolis Board to Send Swimming Pool Issue to Committee

Teutopolis village board members discussed an amendment to the village code regulating swimming pools.

The Board decided to refer the matter to committee, with review by that group expected in August. 

The Board tabled TIF payments to Farmweld until board members can do some additional research on the matter, and delayed action on amending the ordinance concerning construction of utilities within public ways to see how to cover one more type of project.

Village board members also decided to pursue costs of updating the village's code of ordinances.
