July 29 8:30-noon Meal, Groceries, Clothing & Hair cuts

All of the above is open to everyone and is free of charge.

Reaching Rural Veteran's Event is Wednesday, July 19 from noon to 2 pm/ They would like to invite all veterans and their spouses to eat, listen to testimonies, draw for prizes, special booths just for veterans, and they can still get groceries, clothing, and their hair cut.

Dress for Success is July 29 from 10 am-2 pm. The event is free and for everyone. There will be professional/interview attire to try on and take home. If not for a job, maybe an upcoming wedding or special event. There will be hair and makeup there. Several banks hosting finances smf budgeting guidance. Mock interviews and resume printed right there on the spot.  Lakeland College will be there and Crisis Nursery Center. And a mini VBS including crafts, storytelling, bounce house fun, and snacks. The U of I extension office will teach kids how to make a healthy snack.

All of what is done under the roof at Enduring Freedom Ministries is free.  They do ask that everyone call to place their name on the list.  They do not qualify anyone.
