Teutopolis Plan Commission, Board of Appeals Grant Lot Variances

The Teutopolis Plan Commission and Teutopolis Board of Appeals Wednesday both approved changes allowing construction of a home.

Karen and Dean Weber asked for two lots to be subdivided into two new lots at 425 North Plum Street. One of the lots will have a width of 25 feet rather than 70 feet.

The issue could go before the Teutopolis Village Board at their meeting next week.
