Additional Filings Announced for April Election

Two more people filed as candidates Thursday in the April 2023 election.

Incumbent Doris Reynolds of Mattoon has filed for another term on the Lake Land College Board of Trustees. She joins incumbent Denise Walk of Teutopolis as candidates for another term. A third seat on the Board is also up for grabs. That term is now held by Mike Sullivan of Mattoon.

The other filing is for the Altamont Unit 10 Board of Education. Derek Bowman filed for a term Thursday.

The filing period runs through Monday, the 19th, at 5pm.
