Brownstown Board Sets Class of '23 Graduation Date

Brownstown school board members Monday set the graduation date for the Class of 2023 as Saturday, May 13. 

The Board also accepted the audit report for the past fiscal year; authorized Superintendent Mike Shackelford to prepare the tax levy for the coming fiscal year; and approved a lease for a 2023 bus with Central States Bus Sales.

Shackelford was directed to apply for a school construction grant; directed Hurst-Roshe to complete site work for a maintenance building; and hired three coaches. 

Those coaches are Paul Kistler for high school bass fishing, Robin Miller for junior high Scholar Bowl, and Jeremy Zerrusen as high school bass fishing assistant coach.
