Four Injured in Coles County Crash

Four people were injured in a crash in Coles County just after 10pm Saturday.

The Coles County Sheriff's Department report a crash occurred at Illinois Route 130 at 1200 North near Charleston. Vehicles involved were driven by William Clough and Robert Brockett.

Police report three individuals were transported to Carle Hospital in Urbana with one of those reported in critical condition.

A fourth person was taken to Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center and treated for minor injuries, then released.

Deputies arrested Clough on counts of DUI and improper lane usage.

Eastern Illinois University police assisted deputies, as well as Charleston Fire Department.
