Once in a while, it's okay just to have some fun.

Such was the case at the Effingham Noon Rotary Club meeting on July 20. Member Mike Sehy, assisted by wife Sharon, led the club in a game of "Dictionary".

Mike had perused a child's dictionary for a series of wacky words. Each table of Rotarians had to define one of the words, then the club members decided which was the correct definition for the word. The people that correctly guessed the most definitions won a cash prize, courtesy of Mike and Sharon. It was a fun way to spend an hour.

Noon Rotary is getting ready for a series of special events, the next of which will be the annual New Teachers Luncheon.
