Town Hall Regarding Vandalia Prison is Postponed

State Senator Jason Plummer and State Representative Blaine Wilhour have had to postpone their Town Hall on the Vandalia Correctional Center that was scheduled for June 6. Efforts are underway currently to establish a new date for the event.

The meeting had been scheduled to address concerns over proposed cuts in the number of inmates housed at Vandalia and the expected resulting reduction in the workforce at Fayette County's leading employer.
